We’re opening our doors to families for our Kid’s Open Make program. Our theme is Spring Has Sprung.
Families have access to our space, project kits, and basic hand tools to create, explore, and learn. A few of the project kits have an associated activity fee to cover the cost of materials. For these projects, children are able to take home their projects at the end of the day. Otherwise, the program is free to families.
Kids are welcome to bring their own projects or work on ours. We also have crafts, electronics, snap circuits, robots, Minecraft, and more.
Note: This is not a drop off activity. Parents must stay to supervise and assist their kids on projects.
Special Project: We’ll be making Upside Down Hanging Planters. Students can take the project home. We’re asking $5 per project for materials.
We go through quite a bit of consumable materials in our Kid’s Open Make program. A list of things we are looking for can be found on the How to Help Page on our wiki.
