Using the Sparkfun Red Board Kit, learn the fundamentals of setting up your Arduino, basic programming, and interfacing with real world devices.

Please be sure to bring your laptop loaded with the Arduino programming environment. It’s free and can be downloaded from http://arduino.cc/en/main/software . Either versions 1.05 or 1.56 are fine.

Instructor: Bill Shaw

Cost: $15 for non-members, free for members.
If you need the Red Board Kit, it is $50. Those who took our Basics Circuits class will already have this (and once you have it, you’re good to go for Basic Circuits too).
